Post office orders take (on average) about 14 business days (2 weeks) to receive from the date of shipping (and could take longer). Packages must pass through Customs so that causes extra processing time. We only consider your package to be "late" if you haven't received it after a month's time (from shopping) and under no circumstances do we give refunds because of delays due to Customs or the post office. Be on the lookout for notices from the post office because all packages must be signed for.
Express Shipping reduces the shipping time and usually takes about 3-5 business days to receive.
Packages are sent registered mail (unless you paid for express shipping) but we are unable to track every movement of registered packages that are under 1 pound; however all packages have a unique item number and can be traced with that number if you haven't received it after a month's time. If you'd like FULL tracking for your items then you must order over a pound (454 grams) of merchandise, or pay for Express Shipping .

Even if your herb says "organic," it could have been mass-produced in a greenhouse, or hydroponic facility that doesn’t even touch the earth.
Our herbs are picked from the wild, created by Mother Nature, which enhances their potency. We collect our herbs from Belize, Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras, and we ship them directly to you.
